Organic farming is an agricultural production mode that prohibits the use of fertilizers, man-made pesticides, and genetically modified organisms in accordance with the European Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007.

Compliance with the rules for this kind of production is subject to meticulous inspection by an independent body, Certisys, which has given us this organic certification.
